Remove my name from wanted list- Igboho appeals to the FG

Yoruba nation activist Sunday Igboho has appealed to the federal government to remove his wanted status. During a visit to Olugbon of Orile Igbon, Oba Francis Alao, on Tuesday, Igboho sought the monarch’s intervention, pledging to support efforts against insecurity in the South-West if cleared. He expressed concern over herder-farmer clashes, warning of escalating violence. Igboho gained prominence in 2021 for demanding herders leave Oyo State after violent attacks. The DSS raided his home in July 2021, declaring him wanted for alleged arms stockpiling.
