Keymaster::
Adamawa State University has opened the doors for another round of fresh undergraduates. The first admission list for the 2025/2026 academic year is now available, and with it comes the next steps for those whose names appear. It is the kind of news that makes hearts race, whether you are on the list or waiting in the wings.
For those admitted, the message is simple: time to get your documents in order, the clearance window is short.
How to View the ADSU Admission List
The first batch list is published online. You can check it directly through this ADSU admission list link. It is a PDF document, so make sure your phone or computer can open it without fuss.
Dates for Clearance and Reporting
Admitted students are required to report from 22nd to 29th September, 2025. That is just one week, no extra days promised. Clearance will take place at the various faculties, and each candidate must appear with original documents in hand.
The following will be checked during clearance:
- Original certificates of educational qualification
- Local Government Indigene Certificate
- Birth Certificate or Statutory Declaration of Age
- UTME or Direct Entry slip
- ‘O’ level results (WAEC, NECO, NABTEB, and the rest)
- Diploma, NCE, or IJMB results (if applicable)
- Online screening form (original copy)
- JAMB admission letter (original copy)
No shortcuts here, every paper matters.
Next Steps After Admission Offer
Finding your name on the list is only the start. Candidates should:
- Log into the JAMB CAPS portal to accept or reject the offer.
- Print their JAMB admission letter once the offer is accepted.
These steps confirm your place and keep your record clean on the system.
Checking ADSU Admission on JAMB CAPS
If you prefer to check through JAMB directly, here’s the route:
- Go to the JAMB eFacility portal.
- Sign in with your JAMB username and password.
- Scroll to the “Check Admission Status” option and click.
- Choose “Access my CAPS.”
- Select “Admission Status” to see if you have been admitted into ADSU.
A Word of Congratulations
To every candidate whose name is on the ADSU admission list, congratulations. It is more than a notice, it is a door opening into the next stage of life. Pack your bags, gather your documents, and be ready. For those not on this list, do not lose faith, other batches often follow.
