Temi Ajibade celebrated her 30th birthday in style, showcasing stunning fashion looks that reflect her evolution as a fashion icon.

Fashion enthusiast, actress, and professional soft girl, Temi Ajibade, née Otedola, has been a fixture in the current African entertainment space. She occupies a lane as a style influencer, with her wedding looks being one of the most discussed fashion topics in 2025.

The ceremony, which took place in three cities — Monaco, Dubai, and Reykjavík — saw Temi turn out a series of high-fashion custom pieces. Now, she is back at it again, this time for her 30th birthday party.

Born on March 20, the event, which took place in Mallorca, Spain, saw the Aries-born Otedola celebrate a birth week instead of a single day.

Every day came with its own look; here is an insight into what brands were on her roster.

In her decade-long tenure in the public eye, Temi has successfully managed to cultivate both a public and a private persona. Despite taking her audience into her life, with her “What if I recorded every single day of my life forever” series, not a lot is known about her.

This use of mystique and intimacy is evident in her fashion choices. During her wedding celebration, every designer and garment meant something to her. Her 30th birthday, coined “Temi Thirty”, is no different.

    The looks for Temi Thirty

The focal piece of the celebration was a custom look by Red & Blac Studio. A sheer, burgundy kaftan that matched the attention of her milestone. Thirty is a pivotal age; it is also seen as the beginning of one’s adult years.

The kaftan’s silhouette was fluid and relaxed. The wide sleeves, a loose drape, and not a cinched waist in sight allowed the textile to speak for itself.

A cobalt blue scarf trailed down her back, introducing contrast and novelty. Styled with a sleek low bun and oversized sunglasses, the look felt like a reintroduction to Temi. Not as the 19-year-old young adult with a blog hoping to bridge a gap between Africa and Western fashion, but as a new woman who is open to life’s adventures.

Temi extended the wardrobe to her inner circle, which is filled with other renowned fashion figures like Dunsin Wright (Tems’ stylist) and Momo Hassan-Odukale, stylist and founder of Gida Journal.

Each friend was gifted a bespoke kaftan from Red & Blac Studio, paired with jewellery from KUHWUH. The final result, as seen across the images, was a gorgeous rhythm of colours.

The diverse palette featured fuchsia, olive green, butter yellow, soft pink, ivory, plum, and lilac, which appeared harmonious thanks to the silhouette.

The designs leaned into asymmetry and drape. Off-shoulder necklines exposed collarbones with ease, while elongated sleeves and pooled hems created an air of freedom across every frame.

One standout pink piece featured a wrapped, almost toga-like construction, while the olive green kaftan offered a cleaner, more mature fall.

The ivory look, paired with a headscarf and a hat, took the phrase “personal style” to another level because the subtle styling added a whiff of personality.

Never one to stop at just one look, Temi wore an asymmetrical black embellished dress by Raisa Vanessa, paired with Dior bangles.

Another look saw her in a head-to-toe wild animal print ensemble by Roberto Cavalli. But the belle of the ball was a draped yellow floral Elie Saab dress.

These looks marked a significant moment for her and her evolution as a fashion icon. She played with loose silhouettes and bold beauty looks as her bright eyeshadows could not go unaddressed.

    What’s next for Temi’s fashion

With her carefully curated looks that reflected both her style and the profound nature of the occasion. Temi continues to reaffirm her love for fashion. As she embraces this new chapter, her style choices evoke fluidity. Plus a sense of whimsy that is reminiscent of her TikTok videos.

The stage has been set for a new era. Last year, it was the wedding outfits. This year, it is Temi Thirty; we can only wait in anticipation for what’s next.
