Court documents have revealed a paternity dispute involving NFL wide receiver Stefon Diggs, after model and influencer Aileen Lopera, known online as Lord Gisselle, alleged he is the father of her baby daughter.

According to filings obtained by TMZ Sports, Lopera submitted a petition in Los Angeles County in December 2024 while pregnant, naming Diggs as the father. The child was born in April this year.

Diggs, however, disputed certainty over the claim in his July response, stating he was “not certain” the girl is his and requesting genetic testing. A stipulation signed by a judge on July 17 required both parties to undergo DNA testing, though it remains unclear whether the tests have been completed or what the results are.

Lopera’s attorney, Tamar Arminak, said in a statement to The U.S. Sun, “My client looks forward to the day Mr. Diggs acknowledges and provides for his infant daughter in Los Angeles.” Diggs’ attorney, Tullo Mumtaz, declined to comment when contacted on Thursday.

The matter comes as Diggs, now with the New England Patriots, is expecting his first child with rapper Cardi B, who announced her pregnancy on Wednesday. Diggs did not elaborate while on duty with his team, but wrote on social media that he hopes the baby is a boy.

The 30-year-old wide receiver already has an eight-year-old daughter, Nova, from a previous relationship.
