Modibbo Adama University (MAU), Yola has released the full schedule for the collection of the university copy of admission letters for 2025/2026 UTME and Direct Entry candidates.
The management calls on all admitted candidates in every faculty to come for their admission letters on the date fixed for their course. Collection will start on Monday 1 December 2025 at the Admission Office. Students are expected to come ready with all required documents so that the process stays smooth and fast.

Documents required for admission letter collection
Each candidate must come with the items below:
- Two passport photographs
- JAMB Result Slip or DE Registration Printout
- JAMB Admission Letter (Institutional Use and colour copy)
- Photocopies of all relevant academic results:
- O’ Level
- Diploma
- IJMB (where applicable)
- Indigene Certificate
- Certificate of Birth or Declaration of Age
- Bank teller or receipt for payment of Result Checker pins
- Certificate of Fitness issued by a government-approved health facility (original copy)
- Duplicate copy of the university admission letter for record use
Students should make sure every document is complete and well arranged before coming to the Admission Office. This simple step helps reduce waiting time and prevents repeat visits.
