The 77th Primetime Emmy Awards celebrated television’s biggest achievements of the year, and here are the winners who took home the awards.

The 2025 Emmy Awards, held on Sunday, 14 September 2025, recognised television’s most outstanding achievements across drama, comedy, limited series, reality TV, and more. As the winners were announced, certain shows and individuals emerged as top performers, earning both critical acclaim and recognition. 

Among the top winners, “The Studio” set a new record, claiming 13 awards — the most ever for a comedy series in a single season. “The Pitt” won Outstanding Drama Series, with Noah Wyle taking Best Lead Actor and Katherine LaNasa earning Supporting Actress honours. 

“Adolescence” led in the limited/anthology series field with eight  wins, including the Best Supporting Actor. 15-year-old Owen Cooper, one of the lead actors, made history as the youngest to win the award in that category. Britt Lower won her first Emmy as Best Lead Actress in a Drama Series for her role in “Severance”. Tramell Tillman became the first Black actor to win Outstanding Supporting Actor in a Drama Series for “Severance,” making history in the 77 years of the Emmy Awards.
